The participation fee is payable even if other services are used. Applicants over 75 years of age and full-time students are required to attend the professional development course, but do not have to pay a participation fee for the Geotechnical Conference. The participation fee of your choice includes access to the conference presentations, access to the exhibition, coffee breaks, and a publication containing the conference presentations (paper or online).

We are unable to register incomplete application forms.

I will transfer the participation and other services fee to the OTP account 11705008-20452337 based on the fee request sent, indicating the fee request number and the name of the applicant. I understand that if, despite my application, I do not participate in the conference or professional training for some reason, I cannot claim the paid amount back (if I have not paid the price of the services previously, I am obliged to pay it afterwards). The organizer will not assume the public charges payable after the coffee breaks included in the participation fee, as well as other benefits. This will appear as a separate item on the invoice. The application will become final after the amount has been received, for which the organizer will send an invoice (automatically) after the amount has been correctly filled in and transferred.
